Questions & Answers

Their tonkatsu broth is probably what he will be most comfortable with. Nice basic broth.

You can also order cabbage instead of noodles in any ramen dish. I'm not sure if this would make the dish totally gluten free, but it was good enough to satisfy my gluten-avoiding friend when we went together

Best to park from the side.

Personal opinion: unless you have a gluten allergy, you shouldn't try to make ramen healthy

Depends on how much you eat buecause the bowl is pretty big

I saw a wall with pictures of people that had completed the challenge, so it would be reasonable to think so.

I can't remember it's exact name on the menu but the spicy miso is amazing. However you could get a regular heat ramen and then they have a sauce on the tables that can add a little kick to the dish.

Tonkotsu means pork bones in Japanese, so it seems all items on the menu will have some sort of pork in the ramen.

Not seen it on the menu. However would suggest Tokyo Black (my fav) has egg, pork belly and tons of goodies.
